About The Course

Diploma in culinary arts  Programme offers 2 Years Advance Diploma in Culinary Arts, sometimes known as Food Production. The Program is designed to develop students’ culinary skills and prepare them for careers in the Catering and Hospitality Industry. The subjects taught during the Program are Cookery, Larder, Hygiene & Nutrition, Commodities, Costing, and Basic Computer.

The diploma in culinary arts program will enable the student to demonstrate the standard operations of food production relating to various cuisines and Work as a Chef in Restaurants, Hotels and Cruise Lines, Airlines, Institutions and Catering Establishments, Entrepreneurs etc. 

Students who have passed 10th / 12th with English subjects with 40% aggregate marks are eligible  to enroll for diploma in culinary arts this Program.

Eligibility Criteria for the Course:
