About The Course

This Programme offers 2 Years Advance Diploma in Culinary Arts, commonly known as Food Production. The Program is prepared to develop students’ culinary skills and prepare them for the Catering and Hospitality Industry. 

Students who have passed 10th / 12th with English subjects with 40% aggregate marks are eligible to enrol in this Program.

The subjects taught during the Program are Cookery, Larder, Hygiene & Nutrition, Commodities, Costing and Basic Computer.

The diploma program will help the student to exhibit the standard operations of food production relating to various cuisines and satisfy the guest’s needs. Will learn to use multiple commodities.
