Diploma in culinary arts Programme offers 2 Years Advance Diploma in Culinary Arts, sometimes known as Food Production. The Program is designed to develop students’ culinary skills and prepare them for careers in the Catering and Hospitality Industry. The subjects taught during the Program are Cookery, Larder, Hygiene & Nutrition, Commodities, Costing, and Basic Computer.
