• No admission form will be accepted without payment receipt.
• The payment for Admission Form and Prospectus is Non-Refundable.
• The hard copy of the Prospectus will be provided at the time of Counseling.

After Download

• Fill in the Application Form in Black Ink
• Fill out the form in BLOCK Letters.
• Affix a recent-size passport photo on Form.
